KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) petitions for enforcement of a Board order directing IDAB, Inc. (the Company) 1 to recognize and bargain with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (the Union). The Company has refused to bargain with the Union because it claims that the Union engaged in actual and threatened violence prior to, and impermissible campaigning during, a representation election, and that the election must be set aside for those reasons.
