A Middlesex County grand jury returned an indictment charging defendant with first degree attempted murder (N.J.S.A. 2C:5-1; N.J.S.A. 2C:11-3a(1)), attempted aggravated sexual assault (N.J.S.A. 2C:5-1; N.J.S.A 2C:14-2a(6)), second degree kidnapping (N.J.S.A 2C:13-1b), and first degree robbery (N.J.S.A 2C:15-1).
