The following' are, by virtue of the demurrer, assumed to be facts: Complainants are the two minor children of Wesley Ouzts, a deceased war veteran, and together with their mother, Mrs. Gertha Lee (Ouzts) Kemp, are the sole distributees of his estate. The said veteran at his death left an estate of $5,014.50, of which amount the sum of $4,718 was the proceeds of a War Kish Insurance policy, and the sum of $296.50 represented adjusted compensation, both amounts being paid by the United States under appropriate acts of Congress.
