This is a suit brought in the Circuit Court of Newton County, on a surety bond. The bond was given by A. L. Box, administrator of the estate of Kent H. Lankford, deceased. The bond was signed by the Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland, in the penal sum of $12,000 and was dated and approved July 18, 1928. The condition in the bond is “That if A. L. Box, Administrator of the estate of Kent H. Lankford, deceased, shall faithfully administer said estate, account for, pay and deliver all money or property of said estate, and perform all other things touching said administration required by law…
