This is a Workers’ Compensation case. The single issue presented is: whether a minor child of a deceased worker, whose death is the result of a work related injury, is entitled to the maximum compensation rate under the Worker's’ Compensation Act as a matter of law, or entitled only to the extent to which the minor child is actually dependent upon the deceased parent.
