Appellee filed claim with the Workmen’s Compensation Commission on September 6, 1945, asserting that he had a compensable disability, caused by “silicosis or heart ailment.” '

A referee of the Commission, on account of a dispute in the medical testimony, referred the matter to a medical board, in conformity with § 14 (c) (4) of the Arkansas Workmen’s Compensation Law. Act No. 319 of 1939.
