OPINION

YOUNG, Justice.

In this workmen’s compensation case To-ribio Garza sued Texas Employers’ Insurance Association seeking compensation for total and permanent disability caused by back injuries received on July 2,1974, while employed by Billy Moore Trucking Company. Trial before a jury on special issues resulted in a judgment for plaintiff for partial and permanent disability benefits. Defendant insurance company appeals. We affirm.
