Plaintiffs Michael J. Hoth and Jeffrey R. Hoth, d/b/a Hoth Brothers (the Hoths), filed a mechanic’s lien against defendants, third-party plaintiffs, and appellees Karl R. and Amy H. White (the Whites), to enforce payment of their subcontract for framing a residence. The Whites responded and brought a third-party complaint against third-party defendants and appellants Dean R.
