Defendants Vesper Financial Corporation (“Vesper”) and Gerald V. Blomquist and Bradley K. Panos, shareholders of Vesper (collectively “the Vesper group”), appeal from a grant of summary judgment that requires the Vesper group to pay $17,500 plus interest to Ron Case Roofing and Asphalt Paving, Inc. (“Ron Case”).
