EAGER, Judge.

This case was brought here upon application for transfer from the St. Louis Court of Appeals; the opinion of that court appears at 311 S.W.2d 141. The suit is one for personal injuries arising from a collision of automobiles in the City of St. Louis. We adopt the facts as stated by the Court of Appeals, with such slight additions as may be noted in the course of the opinion.
