STORCKMAN, Judge.

This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a collision between motor vehicles. A jury found for the plaintiff and assessed his damages in the sum of $15,000. The defendant appealed and assigns error in admission in evidence of the office records of an optometrist, the manner of offering other records, and the giving of three instruc tions; he also contends that the damages awarded are excessive.
