Plaintiffs, Priscilla Hopper, an infant, thirteen years old, and James Hooper and, Etóil Hooper, parents of Priscilla Hooper, filed this suit 'in the Circuit Court of Dunklin County, Missouri, and on change of venue the case was tried in Stoddard County.
