LAVENDER, Justice.
This proceeding involves a complaint against Otis D. James, a member of the Bar of this state, in which complaint James is accused of having solicited a bribe on two occasions while serving as County Judge of Jefferson County, Oklahoma. James was also accused of using his privilege as a Judge of that county to charge long distance personal telephone calls to the county.
