As indicated in the statement of facts, respondent moved that the complaint filed against him be dismissed for the reason that the acts complained of, if committed at all, were committed in his capacity as judge of the superior court of Dane county, a court of record, and this court is without jurisdiction, as such proceeding may result in the removal from office of a judge of a court of record, and that the constitutional provision for removal of such officers is exclusive.
