Debtor-Appellant Robert E. Casse appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Carol Bagley Amon, Judge) entered August 31, 1998, affirming an order of the bankruptcy court (Jerome Feller, Bankruptcy Judge) dated April 21, 1998 and denying debtor-appellant’s motion for a stay. The bankruptcy court’s order denied debtor-appellant’s motion to vacate a foreclosure sale of the home belonging to him and his wife, Carol J.
