MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETER J. WALSH, Chief Judge.
Before the Court are several issues arising out of the claim of Sheldon H. Solow (“So-low”) for monies owed as the result of the termination of a lease of real property by the debtor PPI Enterprises, Inc. (“PPI”). Shortly following the commencement of this Chapter 11 case, Solow filed a motion to dismiss the petition as a bad faith filing. That matter was briefed and argued, and the motion was denied without prejudice.
