In this appeal, we consider whether the provisions of a non-competition contract are overbroad and unenforceable.

FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

Omniplex World Services Corporation (Omniplex) is a highly specialized employment agency that provides a variety of security services to government and private sector customers.
