The complaint alleges two causes of action against defendant. One for wilfully and wrongfully cutting and converting 6,391 feet of sawlogs and 10 cords of wood. The trees so cut and converted were growing on land purchased by plaintiff from defendant according to a contract attached to the complaint, all the terms of which contract to be kept and performed by plaintiff had been kept and performed by him.
