I. INTRODUCTION
On October 3, 2013, the undersigned United States District Judge heard oral argument on Defendants Uponor Corporation, Uponor Group, Uponor, Inc., Wirsbo Company, and Uponor Wirsbo Company’s Motion to Dismiss [Docket No. 107] and on Uponor Corporation’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction [Docket No. 131] (“Jurisdiction Motion”).
