MEMORANDUM OF OPINION ON RURAL HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION
JOHN C. AKARD, Bankruptcy Judge.
Larry Clifton Brooks, the Debtor in this Chapter 13 proceeding, filed an amended claim of exemptions including a rural family homestead in response to objections filed by Moseley and Standerfer, P.C. Having considered the pleadings, the parties’ briefs, and the argument presented by counsel, the court finds that Mr. Brooks is not entitled to claim a rural family homestead. 1
