WAHL, Justice.
This is an appeal from a Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals’ decision affirming a compensation judge’s award of temporary partial disability compensation. We affirm.
The facts are not in dispute. Richard W. Patton (employee) injured his back on March 23, 1984, in the course and scope of his employment with Thompson Electric Company as a working foreman. Thompson Electric and its workers’ compensation insurer admitted primary liability for the March 1984 injury and paid temporary total disability compensation.
