LEVAL, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Ruth Rivera-Colón (“Rivera”) appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, dismissing her claims against her employer, the United States Small Business Administration (“SBA”). Rivera alleged that the SBA violated Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000e-17 by retaliating against her for her complaints about gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the agency.
