EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial consisting of military judge alone; and, after his two motions to suppress were denied, he entered conditional pleas of guilty. Thereupon, he was convicted of wrongful possession of drug paraphernalia and wrongful introduction of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of Articles 92 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892 and 912a, respectively. Morris was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 1 year, total forfeitures, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved…
