RAYMOND, District Judge.
• These are copyright infringement suits, the relief sought being injunctions and damages pursuant to the copyright laws of the United States. The claim in general in each suit is that defendants, who were licensed to exhibit various copyrighted motion pictures on specified dates, used the same beyond the license period without permission.
