Decision with Respect to Antitrust Misuse Defense

MANSFIELD, District Judge.

On November 7, 1968, the Court filed its decision and findings of fact with respect to plaintiffs’ claims against defendants in the above-entitled action, holding that the plaintiff Carl Zeiss Stiftung has the sole and exclusive right to the use of the Zeiss name and trademarks in dispute and that plaintiff Zeiss Ikon A.
