This is an appeal by the Grand River Dam Authority from a judgment rendered by the district court of Ottawa county in condemnation proceedings, wherein the appellant complains that the award of damages to the owners of the land is excessive. The parties are referred to herein as plaintiff and defendants, as they appeared in the trial court.
