This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the respondent board in suspending the petitioner’s certificate of registration to practise optometry because of an alleged violation of G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 112, § 73A, as inserted by St. 1937, c. 287, § 1. The respondents without filing a return (see Jordan Marsh Co. v. Labor Relations Commission, 312 Mass. 597, 598) demurred to the petition on the sole ground that the petitioner had a complete and adequate remedy available to him under G. L. (Ter.
