MEMORANDUM OPINION

QUARLES, District Judge.

In this diversity case, William and Mary Lou Snyder (“the Snyders”) of Maryland have sued Chester County Mutual Insurance Company of Pennsylvania and Cumberland Insurance Company of New Jersey (collectively “Cumberland”) for breach of contract, bad faith, tortious breach of contract, and constructive fraud arising from the denial of their homeowner’s insurance claim.
