Hutchins v. Frohmiller

W. R. Hutchins, hereinafter called petitioner, brought an original proceeding in mandamus in this court to compel Ana Frohmiller, as auditor of the state of Arizona, hereinafter called respondent, to issue warrants to petitioner in payment of certain claims against the state.
