The Court has reviewed Defendant Medical Savings Insurance Company’s (“MSIC”) Supplemental Brief in Support of Federal Diversity Jurisdiction Based on Amount in Controversy in Excess of $75,000 Under .28 U.S.C. § 1332. (doc. # 11.)
