On this day came on to be considered Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 14). After careful consideration, the Court is of the opinion that the following order should follow.

FACTS OF THE CASE

The plaintiff, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, brought this declaratory judgment action to determine insurance coverage in federal district court based on diversity jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a).
