Pending before the court are Plaintiff National American Insurance Company’s (“NAICO”) Motion for Summary Judgment (# 30) and Defendants and Third-Party Plaintiffs Kenneth Young, Individually and as Representative of the Estate of K.S. Y., a Minor, and Cheryl Young’s, Individually (collectively, “the Youngs”), Motion for Summary Judgment (# 32).
