This action was instituted in a magistrate court on behalf of the United Association of Pipefitters, Local Union 562, to recover damages arising out of an automobile collision in which a car owned by the Union was involved. There was a judgment in the magistrate court in favor of the plaintiffs for $1,381.15 against defendant George Maher and a finding in favor of defendant Melvin Bast.
