CRAWFORD, Judge.

This case involves the validity of a General Sessions judgment lien recorded in the Register’s Office.

In February, 1982, Farmington Boulevard Office Park filed suit in general sessions court against defendants Roberts Construction Company, Inc., Wallace Roberts and John Staggers. The suit was a forcible entry and detainer suit against Roberts Construction Company, Inc., for possession of certain leased premises and a judgment for the rental arrearage.
