MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVID A. SCHOLL, Bankruptcy Judge.
We are herein presented with Cross-motions for summary judgment in an adversary proceeding arising out of an individual Chapter 11 case. 1 The issues presented are (1) Whether the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-1, et seq. (referred to herein by its generic designation as a law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts and practices or “UDAP”) applies to business transactions; and (2) If it does, whether an appraiser’s visit to the obligors’ home, on which a mortgage was taken, brings the transaction…
