— This case comes to us by way of an appeal by defendant from certain portions of an interlocutory order of divorce made by the superior court of King county, Washington, in a divorce action commenced by plaintiff. The portions of the interlocutory order from which the appeal is taken, relate to the division of the property, the amount of support money for the children, and the amount awarded appellant as attorneys’ fees.
