In an action for declaratory judgment and for related relief, plaintiff corporation, owner of a parcel of land, a part of which lies in the bed of a mapped street, moves for summary judgment declaring null and void (1) a decision of the defendant borough superintendent of buildings denying it a building permit; and (2) a resolution of the codefendant Board of Standards and Appeals confirming the decision of the borough superintendent.
