Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Co. v. National Casket Co.

This action was brought in the Municipal Court of Chicago by Herman Gallas, d/b/a Herman Gallas & Co. (hereafter referred to as plaintiff), against National Casket Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as defendant), and was tried by the court without a jury.
