Enrique Davila-Torres (“Plaintiff’) brings suit against his supervisor, Yesenia Feliciano-Torres (“Defendant”), alleging violations of the First Amendment, Due Process Clause, Equal Protection Clause, Fifth Amendment, and various provisions of the Puerto Rico Constitution.
