This is an action alleging employment discrimination by defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., and by defendant Joseph E. Devuono II, the manager of a Wal-Mart store in Lynn, Massachusetts. The plaintiff, Behi-ja Kahriman, was employed in several roles at the Lynn store from April 2002 until February 2010.
