This is an action for damages by Stella Boyd against James M. Harris and Vera Harris to recover damages for falsely representing defendant James M. Harris to be a licensed physician and able to cure any and all human diseases.

Defendants’ answer consisted of a general denial. The trial was to a jury,, resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $2,000.
