Clarence R. Fenster-macher, as plaintiff, commenced this action against Roy Woodard, Mabell Woodard, and Ann Sneed, as defendants, in the district court of Dewey county, to cancel a mineral deed and for damages. To reverse a judgment for the defendants, plaintiff has appealed. The parties will be referred to as they appeared below.
