Seifullah Abdul Latif Ali, proceeding pro se, brought this suit against D.C. Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (“CSOSA”) and its employees Thomas Williams, DeAndro Baker, Willa Butler, Diane Hardy, Charles Musgray, and Erika Edwards (the “Individual Defendants”).
