PAULSON, Judge.
This is an original petition for a supervisory Writ of Prohibition brought by the Attorney General of the State of North Dakota and the Secretary of State of the State of North Dakota requesting that this court exercise its superintending control, pursuant to § 86 of the North Dakota Constitution, over the District Court of Bur-leigh County in the manner specified in such petition, and requesting that this court compel the North Dakota State Board of Canvassers to meet for the purpose of re-canvassing and, if necessary, correcting any previous certification of election results…
