BRYAN, Circuit Judge.
This is an action at law by an attorney Bernard Gordon, against his client, Laredo National Bank, to recover $12,500 as a fee agreed upon in the settlement of a suit which the attorney had brought for the bank against Abraham Rosenblum, Aaron Rosen-blum, and the Abe Rosenblum Corporation. The suit against the Rosenblums was to recover $.144,000 which it was alleged they and ono Joseph Rosenblum had fraudulently procured from the bank by means of drafts to which were attached fictitious delivery orders falsely purporting to cover actual earload shipments of produce.
