THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon motions of defendants, Jose Joaquin Gonzalez-Gorrondona, Jr., Juan David Morgan, George L. Childs, Jr., Thaddeus R. Chamberlain, Reuben M. Schneider, Robert L. Shevin and A.E.
