This adversary proceeding represents convoluted and complicated disputes between a failed toy retailer, Toy King Distributors, Inc. (“Debtor” or “Toy King”), on the one hand, and the retailer’s insiders, co-guarantors, and a bank, on the other hand. It involves events occurring over the retailer’s two bankruptcy cases.
