OPINION AND ORDER

REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.

INTRODUCTION

On January 19, 1976, this Court issued a decision and order in the above-captioned case. The major portion of that decision consisted of findings of fact and conclusions of law which provided the basis for the Court’s conclusion that the defendants in this action had intentionally created and maintained unlawful segregation in the public school system of the City of Milwaukee.
