MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHERMAN G. FINESILVER, District Judge.
The issue before the court concerns entitlement to attorneys’ fees and costs arising from protracted litigation over segregation in the Denver, Colorado, public school system. The plaintiffs are parents of children attending Denver Public Schools and sue individually and on behalf of their minor children. The Congress of Hispanic Educators, as well as a number of Spanishsurnamed individuals, have been permitted to intervene to represent the particular in terest of the Hispano community.
