In this adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff Gloria Mapley filed a complaint seeking the denial of Defendant/Debtor David Mapley’s discharge, based on 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2), (a)(4), (a)(6), and (a)(7). On August 23, 2010, the Court entered an order entitled “Order Requiring Plaintiff to Show Cause Why This Adversary Proceeding Should Not be Dismissed for Lack of Standing.” 1 The Order required Plaintiff to file a written response, “showing…
